2 Weeks of 1:1 Coaching for Youth Athletes (Ages 11β18)

The Jumpstart Program is a short-term coaching experience built for athletes and families who want to try out holistic training without a long commitment. Itβs ideal for new clients, off-season athletes, or anyone needing a focused boost in performance, mindset, or motivation.
πΉ Whatβs Included (Over 2 Weeks):
1. Two 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 Minutes Each)
One physical training session β focused on movement, mechanics, and confidence
One mental performance session β building awareness, focus, and mindset tools
π§ Intro to Mental Skills Coaching
Learn core concepts: visualization, positive self-talk, energy check-ins
Identify barriers to confidence or performance (without shame)
Custom affirmations and mindset tool for take-home use
π Jumpstart Goal Setting
15-minute intake (email or Zoom) to set a focused 2-week goal
End-of-program reflection summary emailed to athlete and/or family
πͺ Recovery & Support Tools
Short mobility routine or recovery guide tailored to athlete needs
Sleep + hydration tips to support performance
Optional resource recommendations (journal, playlist, recovery tools)

LGBTQ+ inclusive and body-neutral coaching
Empowering tone for all identities, fitness levels, and confidence levels
One-on-one space to ask questions and be seen as more than just an athlete
