The Jumpstart Program is a short-term coaching experience built for athletes and families who want to try out holistic training without a long commitment. It’s ideal for new clients, off-season athletes, or anyone needing a focused boost in performance, mindset, or motivation.

  • 15-minute intake (email or Zoom) to set a focused 2-week goal

  • End-of-program reflection summary emailed to athlete and/or family
