The Elite Program is designed for youth athletes who are committed to leveling up in every area: physical performance, mental toughness, identity empowerment, and long-term vision. This is the most comprehensive offering in the Athletekind coaching pathway, with built-in flexibility and custom strategy—meeting the needs of both serious athletes and those navigating complex transitions (burnout, injury, confidence rebuilding, etc.).

1. Two 1:1 Sessions per Week (60–75 Minutes Each)
Session 1: Physical training focus — strength, power, speed, agility, endurance
Session 2: Mental & identity performance — mindset, confidence, vision, and values
Each session is fully customized and evolves with the athlete’s goals, life demands, and energy level.
