8 Weeks of Elevated 1:1 Coaching for Youth Athletes (Ages 11–18)

The Momentum Program is for athletes who’ve completed Foundations or are ready to commit to structured support across 8 weeks. This program goes beyond basics—helping young athletes stay consistent, level up their physical and mental skills, and gain momentum in both life and sport.

🔹 Included Weekly (Over 8 Weeks):

1. Two 1:1 Sessions per Week (60 Minutes Each)

  • One physical training session (strength, speed, agility, or conditioning)

  • One mental performance or hybrid session (mindset, recovery, or performance prep)

Each session is tailored to the athlete’s goals with a holistic and inclusive approach.
