6 Weeks of 1:1 Coaching for Youth Athletes (Ages 11–18)
“Because excellence begins with belonging.”
This program is designed to support the whole athlete—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s ideal for youth athletes navigating confidence issues, identity exploration, burnout, or just looking for meaningful, affirming support to grow as a person and performer.
🔹 Included Weekly (Over 6 Weeks):
1. 60-Minute 1:1 Coaching Session (In-Person or Virtual)
Each session is tailored to your athlete’s unique goals and can include:
Functional strength & conditioning (bodyweight or equipment-based)
Mobility & movement pattern correction
Skill-focused drills (speed, balance, agility, coordination)
Mental skills training (see below)
🧠 Mental Performance Coaching
Integrated into each session:
Mindfulness and body awareness
Visualization and goal priming
Positive self-talk + affirmations
Confidence-building activities
Emotional regulation tools for performance anxiety or competition pressure
📓 Progress Planning & Goal Tracking
Week 1: Intake & personalized goal setting (using a Whole-Athlete Intake Form)
Weekly: Reflection + feedback (mini journal entries or check-ins)
Week 6: Wrap-up summary and recommendations for next steps
💪 Injury Prevention & Recovery Support
Foam rolling, mobility, stretching, and recovery education
Optional check-in with your recovery providers (with parental consent)
Tips for supporting healthy load management and avoiding overtraining

Safe space for ALL youth
Respect for pronouns, gender identity, and boundaries
No body shaming, toxic competitiveness, or pressure to perform
